BMW of Austin donated shop equipment including an automotive A/C machine to evacuate and recharge R134 air conditioning systems, an engine hoist for engine removal/replacement, an Accuturn brake lathe to machine brake rotors, brake drums, and engine flywheels, and a work bench w/ stainless steel top to provide a stable place to perform repairs. Also donated were pole jacks to support vehicle components when the vehicle is on a lift and a portable fuel tank with pump to remove/return fuel to the vehicle fuel tank when working on the fuel system. Monetary donations were also made in addition to the shop equipment listed.
