As the owner of BMW of Austin, I would like to introduce myself and my family. My name is Steve Late, my wife is Ava, and our children are Chris, Blair, and Olivia. We're all excited to be a part of Austin where Ava, Chris and I attended the University of Texas. It's a great place to raise a family, and we love the culture, technology, sports, and of course, the great Mexican food. |

My family and I have a unique background that gives us the ability to make BMW of Austin an exceptional dealership. I am a third generation auto dealer with roots in West Texas, (I established Broncho BMW of Odessa in 1986).Through a dedication to customer service at BMW of Austin, we were able to bring our ranking into the top 10 among all BMW dealerships, ultimately reaching #2 in the nation for customer service and receiving the "BMW Center of Excellence Award", the highest award given in customer satisfaction by BMW. We may be #2 in the nation now, but we clearly have our sights set on the #1 position!

Some steps we are currently taking: |
• We have tied our employee incentive program to 100% customer satisfaction, not profit. • We have doubled our staff of technicians and can now offer same day turnaround in most cases, and the highest appointment efficiency on any BMW Center in the Southwest. • We are investing in advanced training for all our technicians to be credited as Master Technicians by BMW - making us one of the few dealerships in the U.S. to reach this level of expertise. • We have added additional foremen and supervisors to check all work completed. • We are making our dealership a more comfortable place for our employees, adding air conditioning to our repair facility and service area. • We have expanded our loaner car fleet to include 130 current model BMW's. • We are planning on-site Customer Care Clinics for orientation of the advanced technology that is unique to your BMW vehicle. • We are expanding our inventory of BMW Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. This will mean higher value for your BMW when you decide to trade in, and will give you more options when you are looking for another quality BMW. |
